    Good

It was located close to a supermarket. There were only a few place to stay in the little town of Vik so our choices were limited.

TV in the common room was limited to one channel. Rooms where small and very basic.

    Very good

The location was good - a short walk to the amazing black beach and cliffs. The shared kitchen facilities are good and there's a nice shared sitting room with free WiFi. Our room had a sink which was very useful.

We were staying in a room on the top floor of the building and had to go down a flight of stairs to get to the toilet, and right down to the bottom floor and through the shared seating area to get to the showers. We were travelling off-season so actually had the entire place to ourselves but imagined that, when full, the 2 showers would start to build up large queues. Our room was also very small, with just enough space for the 2 single beds and our 2 bags. Vik generally seems to be overpriced, and we were just stopping off for the night to break up a long drive, so it did seem to be a lot to pay for basic, back-packer accommodation.

    The location

Very litle space to move, or to sleep.

Good kitchen with a lot of facilities, the guesthouse was very close to a supermarket, restaurant and cafe.

Rooms were not clean and not cleaned during the stay, towels were not refreshed, very noisy (you could hear what people were saying in the rooms nextdoor), only two bathrooms for all guests. After all, a crappy place for too much money.

Even considered the prices in iceland the value for the money is poor. Stay only if you have to stop in vik, otherwise keep driving and look for farm/guesthouse

    Very good

fantastic location, very quiet town we stayed in the guesthouse but there is an inn BEST: world class chef Riho Heinmets (Estonia) prepares an elegant selection of entrees for dinner. He presents a limited number of choices (4 main courses, a soup and 2 choices options for starters and desserts) he keeps it simple. Each plate is presented with a classy touch and a delicious mix of local products.

WC very tight and not very clean (guesthouse)

Very old hostel, with old facilities and small rooms

All the rooms are small in this guesthouse. The WiFi did not work and we had to go to Lundi hotel to share the wireless signal but it was weak as well. This guesthouse was quite similar to a hostel !!

We did not stay in the guest house lundi, but a outer building owned by this guest house

This outward building owned by guest house lundi, was terrible in everyway as in [our accomodation] we paid much less for a hostel with breakfast than with this place .I would never recommend this place to anyone,It does not do booking .com any flavour s .

The Guesthouse was well located and with a good shop, restaurant and beach nearby.

The payment for the food was unequal to the price. It was good but to pay 10 euro's for it is not good and way out of the limit for the variety of the buffet. The comfort of the rooms weren't good and the beds were too soft to sleep on therefore making it bad.

    Good lokation near the beach.

We booked triple room with shared bathroom. We got two very small rooms without any furniture (well, we had beds) and almost no place to put luggage. Toilet on our floor was too small to sit normally, bathrooms in basement very small and old and dirty.Very bad value for the price.

    Location.

Leaking plumbing from the sink in the bedroom. Non working light in the stairwell. No toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival and some dismall explainations from the staff to explain the situation. Long wait at reception when we checked in. Excessive pricing for 2 rooms which were barely larger than a cupboard.

    Good

Convenient location to explore touristic attractions at Southern coast on the way from Reykjavik to Glacier Lagoon. Rooms are very small, but it's ok if you are staying just for one night. Pretty good kitchen in the basement.

    Good location.

Horrible experience. Very dirty kitchen. Small beds. No service. Very high price compared to the worst quality.
